We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But things may not always go as planned. If things don't go as planned, contact us and we will try to make things right for you.

Free Cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 1 hour of the order (Same Day Cancellation). After that it can no longer be canceled. Same Day Cancellations may be credited with store credit or coupon code.


We only offer refunds. Exchanges are not part of our return policy. However, you may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, since the return order and the new order are independent processes.


We promise your money back If you received the wrong item, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period (45 business days). You can request a refund or a reshipment. You can get a refund in 14 business days after the claim process finishes.

Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by wrong shipping address, customs, natural disasters, transfers from USPS/EMS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has shipped.

Return of Funds – after 1to99store approves a refund and (in some cases) confirms the return of the item, 1to99store will return or credit the amount of the purchase in 14 business days. In some cases (as described above) the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
1to99store reserves the right to:
Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use.
Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms of Use.
Limit purchase activity in the services if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use.
Free Return

Product that has ‘Free Return’ service will be clearly marked on the item details page. If you are in United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany or Russia, it is free for you to return the parcel to the designated local return address, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc.

Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s). To return items, you must keep them in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels or safety seals and the original packaging.

If you are returning multiple items from the same package, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.

However, orders placed separately or items from different packages cannot be returned as one.

You can return items locally and easily:

Get the Free Return Label that came with the order or obtained from us, go to the designated logistics company’s service point to complete the return and wait for the local warehouse to receive your returned parcel. We also recommend that you save the tracking number for your return so that we can confirm its delivery.

If you’re not in the above mentioned countries, we’re sorry, you’re required to pay return shipping costs. Return shipping costs depend on your location and the item purchased. If you need assistance determining the cost, we recommend working with your local post office or preferred carrier.

A full refund will be given to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.
